Maharashtra Man beats up cab driver after car collides with Audi in Ghatkopar Mumbai Police Registered FIR

Mumbai News: In Mumbai, a minor collision took place between a cab driver’s car and a couple’s car. As soon as the collision took place, an argument started between the cab driver and the couple and soon they got into a fight. After this incident, a case was registered against the couple. A Mumbai Police official gave this information on Friday (30 August).

These officials of Parksite police station said that the incident took place on the night of August 18 at around 11:20 pm, when Ola cab driver Qayamuddin Ansari was going towards Ulwe in Navi Mumbai with a passenger. He lodged a complaint of assault on Wednesday. According to the complainant, he was going from Asalpha metro station when an Audi car hit his car from behind.

What is the whole matter?
When he got down to check if there was any damage to his vehicle, the couple in the Audi car, Rishabh Chakraborty (35) and his wife Antara Ghosh (27), got down and started abusing him. Ghosh also allegedly pulled out the Ola cab device from Ansari’s vehicle and then both of them left the spot.

According to news agency ANI, the official said that Ansari then chased the Audi (car) and his car collided with a luxury car at the gate of a building in front of a mall in Ghatkopar, after which Chakraborty slapped him. He said that Rishabh Chakraborty picked up Qayamuddin Ansari and threw him on the ground, due to which he suffered head injuries.

Qayamuddin Ansari was first taken to Rajawadi Hospital in Ghatkopar and then admitted to the government JJ ​​Hospital. Police said Ansari’s statement has been recorded and the CCTV camera installed at the entry gate of the building has recorded the attack on him. The officer said that based on Ansari’s complaint, a case has been registered against Rishabh Chakraborty and Antara Ghosh. They have been issued notices to appear in court. The claims and counter-claims of both the parties are being examined.
