Maratha should not get reservation under OBC – Ambedkar
Prakash Ambedkar said, “Now NCP-SP has also supported. So I think OBC has no leader left. There is no party left that can protect the reservation they have got. There are big leaders in the OBC organization. There is discussion on the scale and we will also have to fight a tough battle.
We oppose distribution of certificates – Prakash Ambedkar
He further said, “There should be reservation for OBCs. Maratha should not be included in OBC. Secondly, 55 lakh certificates have been distributed by the government, we oppose it. If the government wants to give reservation to anyone then it should but Maratha should not get it among OBC. We stand by this even today. If someone has to give reservation and the government asks us for help for this, then we are ready to give it.
