But if the passion for iPhone turns into greed, it can even take someone’s life. One such shocking case has come to light from Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, where a person killed the delivery boy who had come to deliver the iPhone just so that he could get a phone worth Rs 1.5 lakh for free.
Delivery boy who came to deliver iPhone murdered
According to news agency PTI, a customer killed a delivery boy after ordering iPhone cash on delivery worth Rs 1.5 lakh from online shopping e-commerce company Flipkart. The sensational incident is being reported on September 23. This murder that took place last week was revealed by the UP Police on Monday which shocked everyone. On September 23, the customer took the phone from delivery boy Bharat Sahu and called him to his house on the pretext of giving money, where Bharat Sahu was strangled to death. After this, the body was packed in a sack and thrown into the Indira Canal. However, the body of the delivery boy has not been recovered yet, which is being searched by the SDRF team.
Draged into the house, strangled him, then put him to death
Deputy Commissioner of Police of Lucknow says that the deceased Bharat was originally a resident of Amethi who used to live on rent on Satrikh Road in Lucknow with his wife. On September 23, Takrohi had gone to deliver an order for cash on delivery to a customer named Gajanan, where after delivering the order, Bharat asked Gajanan to make the payment. When Gajanan refused to give the money, an argument broke out between the two, after which Gajanan pulled Bharat inside the house and strangulated him to death.

Accused’s friend revealed the truth
When the manager of the company called Bharat due to non-payment of Rs 1.5 lakh, his phone was switched off, on inquiry it was found that Bharat had not returned home since morning, after which he went missing in Chinhat police station on 25th September. When a report was filed, the matter came to light upon investigation. When the police caught Akash, who had supported Gajanan in disposing of the body during the investigation, he told the whole story to the police. Police is currently busy searching for Gajanan.
